Suikoden Tierkreis lead composer Morikazu Miura has once again made a blog post about his work on the game's music. The article is available, in Japanese, at this link.
More information will be posted soon, but the article mainly delves into the team Miura has gathered for working on the game's music (without naming any of them). He also talks a little about one of the areas within in the game, most likely in reference to the music composed for it. |

Some of us may have forgotten amongst all the Genso Suikoden Tierkreis news, but Konami Station's Suikoden Radio launched its first edition today. The radio crew were supposedly very excited and this carried over into the hurried (and mostly forgettable) conversations that followed. Morikazu Miura (三浦憲和氏) has made another blog post pertaining to his work on the music from Suikoden Tierkreis (among other subjects), seeming to focus on one of the characters in the game (not named here due to our Tierkreis spoiler policy). More details are available in the full article although the amount of information is minimal, still, if you wish to know more and are not adverse to Tierkreis spoilers, read on. Famitsu magazine, which broke the news of Suikoden Tierkreis on the DS originally, has posted screenshots and images from the scans on-line at the following link. According to THIS link, veteran composer Morikazu Miura (三浦憲和氏) has been confirmed in the position of Sound Director and will also compose music for Genso Suikoden Tierkreis.
Morikazu Miura has previous Suikoden experience, working on music for the previous three Suikoden games, Suikoden IV (as a composer), Suikoden Tactics (Rhapsodia, as sound director and additional music composer) and Suikoden V (as sound producer, working alongside Miki Hagashino who worked on the music in previous games). Miura has also worked on Shadow of Memories (Shadow of Destiny in international releases) and Firefighter FD 18 as sound director as well as a composer in the former title. |

NOTE: This article has now been updated with the companions information.
Konami's official Genso Suikoden Tierkreis site is now up at the following LINK. There is not much there at the moment, no release date or recommended price, just two very bare bones entries on the hero and a companion. We've also got a quite ambiguous tag line. "新しい「絆」の物語が始まる。" (The tale of new bonds begins.)
More information will be posted shortly and, of course, we will bring you more information and updates from the site as they become available.
Spoilers regarding characters (and larger art) follow, so only click to read more if you do not want to avoid them.
